Our Mission

 We believe that to be the best you can be, you need to put in the work.  At the Athletic Edge, we want to help athletes achieve their fullest potential.  

Our 50 min classes are designed to improve athletic performance regardless of age, sport or experience level. In addition to performance, we want to teach our  athletes to embody our core values.  We believe this will give them confidence, allowing  them to excel on and off the playing field.  The Athletic Edge offers  Youth Performance Classes  (which focus on speed, agility, and plyometrics) and Strength Classes  (which focus on posture, form, and technique of strength and power exercises.)  

 Each class is 50 minutes long and are designated by age groups. We offer Elementary, Middle School and High School levels, that run mu

    Meet Coach Kyle

    Fit Daddy, Coach, Trainer

    Kyle brings over 30 years of experience in the Health and Fitness world.

    BS in Health and Sport Studies.

    Performance Enhancement Specialist through National Academy of Sports Sciences

    20 years experience as a Certified Personal Trainer coaching private clients and group sessions of all ages.   

    Fit Body Boot Camp franchise owner for over 12 years.  

    Precision Nutrition Coach 

    But more than any certification, Kyle brings his experience, combined with his passion and love for fitness, into every training session assisting his clients.  His belief that clients should have fun while progressing through their workouts and goals is shown by the smiles on his clients' faces.
